Over the past 15 years, PCS has continuously affirmed its position as one of the leading dynamic and innovative logistics enterprises in Vietnam. Notably, when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, causing a global shock and profoundly changing the supply chain, PCS still stood firm. Despite declining revenue and profit, cash flow and human resources under great pressure, PCS's board of directors chose to adapt through a groundbreaking decision to convert PCS from a traditional management model to an Open management model. This is not only a change in organizational structure but also a journey to redefine the core values of the enterprise based on three pillars: "putting customers at the center"; "taking employees as the core of development" and "building a transparent, fair corporate culture, aiming for good and beautiful things".

Entering a new phase, PCS has defined its development strategy based on four main directions: "self-management, digitalization, greening and globalization". PCS continues to apply a flat organizational model, without command levels or intermediary layers, in which consulting groups play a leading, connecting and serving role for the team and small business groups operating flexibly in the same open ecosystem. This structure helps PCS accelerate decision-making, encourage creativity and improve work performance. In addition, PCS promotes digital transformation by applying advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data (Big Data), warehouse management system (WMS), order management system (OMS) and process automation. These technologies help optimize goods management, increase delivery speed, reduce errors and improve customer experience on each order.

The company has gradually switched to using electric vehicles in transportation, renewable energy in warehouses, recycled packaging and reducing single-use plastic, demonstrating its social responsibility to the community and the planet. In terms of international cooperation, PCS has proactively expanded its business cooperation network with partners in ASEAN, the Middle East and the United States. In particular, PCS is one of the pioneering enterprises in Vietnam to develop the Halal Logistics model with specialized logistics services for goods serving the Muslim community, a community that always requires strict standards in operation, storage and transportation. This breakthrough helps PCS open new doors in the market of Muslim countries, an area with a global Halal trade value estimated at more than 2,500 billion USD per year.
