Speaking at the opening of the training course, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trong Dat, Deputy Head of the Political Department of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command, emphasized: The training course aims to update new knowledge on ethnic affairs for officers and professional soldiers of the land border guard stations.

Thereby, contributing to the effective implementation of propaganda and mobilization work for ethnic minorities, strengthening the great national unity bloc, actively participating in socio-economic development according to the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.

To make the class more effective, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command recommends that the teaching team select the most important, practical and core content to convey, equip and supplement the methodology and skills application for the students.
