VNPT - two decades of companionship, creating the strength of Vietnamese Talents

Starting from the IT field, the Vietnam Talent Awards over the past 20 years have become an open playground to demonstrate the strength, intelligence and creativity of the community and Vietnamese talents. Vietnam Talent Awards is also the only Award co-organized and main sponsored by a State-owned economic group - Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT).

From the IT playground to the Vietnamese intellectual incubation ecosystem, giving wings to hundreds of products reaching out to the region and the world.

The Vietnam Talent Award (NTĐV) was initiated and hosted by the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education. The Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group ( VNPT ) is the main sponsor and organizer. Throughout its journey from 2005 to present, the Vietnam Talent Award has attracted more than 7,500 authors and groups of authors, including more than 250 overseas Vietnamese; receiving more than 3,500 products and scientific works for the competition.

On the development path, the Award has honored more than 210 information technology products and scientific works, of which more than 50 products have reached the regional and world markets, bringing many positive meanings to social life and the country.

The award also contributes to supporting startups, expanding investment and development for hundreds of technology projects. Many award-winning products have become technology unicorns, strong startups in the Southeast Asian market; many authors have become international researchers, lecturers, and experts, affirming Vietnamese intelligence on the global creative map.

The Vietnam Talent Awards have truly created more motivation, given wings to ideas, and made them a reality for domestic and foreign authors and groups of authors… to continue developing research, enhancing product value, expanding markets, building brands, and affirming the reputation of individuals and organizations domestically and internationally.

The award has followed every breath of technology in life to constantly create and innovate; not only creating a vibrant and attractive playground, but also creating a movement of continuous learning and creativity for all ages, anytime, anywhere.

Vietnam Talent is the only award co-organized and main sponsor by a State Economic Group for 18 times - VNPT Group. In line with the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, the 2025 Vietnam Talent Awards in the field of Digital Technology chose the theme "AI and Big Data - Breakthrough Technology", to encourage authors and groups of authors to develop products that effectively apply core technologies such as AI, Big Data, blockchain, cloud computing, IoT, quantum computing... Identifying the pivotal role in developing national digital technology infrastructure, and being the core force in implementing Resolution 57 of the Politburo, VNPT not only focuses on researching, applying and developing strategic technologies but also pays attention and invests heavily in developing human resources, especially high-quality human resources. Sponsoring and accompanying NTĐV is VNPT's contribution to promoting socio-economic development and enhancing national competitiveness.
