Commune leaders presented flowers to congratulate the Congress

Accordingly, Bau Ham commune was established on the basis of merging 4 communes: Bau Ham, Song Thao, Cay Gao and Thanh Binh, with a total of nearly 20,000 women aged 18 and over, of which over 9,000 women are members. In the past term , the Commune Women's Union has promoted propaganda work, mobilizing women members to actively participate in the Union's work programs. Achieved 5/9 targets, exceeding 4 targets compared to the Resolution. Organized 407 propaganda sessions, attracting over 36,000 women to participate in building Vietnamese women in the new era. Every year, 90% of women register to participate in the movements "Building a family of 5 no-3 clean"; 100% of the association's staff received professional training to improve their knowledge and 100% of the branches have a zalo group to carry out tasks,... During the term, the Association sponsored 22 children, provided monthly support from 300,000 to 500,000 VND; supported women in border areas with 30 million VND; awarded 90 scholarships and donated 20 bicycles, worth 75 million VND and gave nearly 2,000 Tet gifts and gifts to disadvantaged households with a total value of nearly 350 million VND. Timely participated in the mediation of 20 cases; developed 177 new members and introduced 4 outstanding members for consideration of Party admission.

In the spirit of "Solidarity-Democracy-Innovation-Development", this Congress frankly acknowledged the limitations and proposed a number of solutions, striving for the new term to have 90% of members using electronic banking transaction applications; 90% of members being provided with knowledge and information; annually recruiting at least 5% of members; 100% of staff participating in training; organizing at least 1 propaganda activity to raise awareness; 100% of association staff being trained to improve their professional qualifications, etc.

Comrade Luu Thi Ngoc Que - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, representing the leaders, gave a speech directing the Congress.

The congress appointed 29 new executive committee members. Ms. Hoang Thi Ly was honored to be elected as the president of Bau Ham Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term and appointed 4 official delegates and 1 alternate to attend the higher-level congress.
