Localities in the province organized the 1st Women's Congress

During the past term, the Women's Unions of communes and wards have performed well the role of a nucleus of solidarity, taking care of and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members; effectively implementing movements and campaigns launched by the Central Union and localities; basically completing and exceeding the targets set for the term. Cadres and women's union members of communes and wards have actively trained their health, moral qualities, improved their knowledge and skills, made efforts to reduce poverty, get rich, participated in environmental sanitation, cultural and artistic activities to improve their spiritual life, and affirmed their position.

On October 16, the Women's Union of the communes of Nam Tien Hai, Quynh An, Hong Chau, Nhu Quynh, Dai Dong, Kien Xuong, Dong Hung and Tran Hung Dao ward held the 1st Congress of delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

At the congresses, delegates discussed the results achieved, pointed out the limitations and shortcomings, and proposed directions, goals, tasks and key solutions for women's work in the new term. In particular, the Women's Unions of communes and wards continued to focus on building strong organizations, promoting the role of women,   contribute to the successful implementation of local socio -economic development tasks.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of communes and wards sets out targets , breakthroughs and key solutions to build a strong organization , focusing on a number of key tasks such as: Supporting women to develop comprehensively to meet the requirements of the new era, building a prosperous, happy, progressive and civilized family ; mobilizing society to implement gender equality for the development of women; participating in building a clean and strong Party and political system, participating in state management, building the great national unity bloc ;   promote digital transformation;   Develop members and build a professional and strong Association;   effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements and campaigns,   contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

At the congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committees, Standing Committees, Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the Women's Unions of communes and wards for the 2025-2030 term; and to appoint delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels.
