Provincial Party Secretary Le Quang Tung works with Gazprom International and Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group

Implementing the program of the high-level delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly led by Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man on an official visit to the Russian Federation from September 8 to 10, Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Tri province Le Quang Tung recently had a working session with leaders of Gazprom International and Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN) to exchange and discuss measures to promote the development of the Quang Tri gas-fired thermal power project invested by Gazprom International.

Next, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Le Quang Tung attended the meeting between the National Assembly Chairman and Gazprom Group to discuss promoting economic and investment cooperation between Gazprom and Vietnamese partners, including Quang Tri province.

Previously, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Tri Province Le Quang Tung attended the flower offering ceremony at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument in Moscow; visited and met with officials and staff of the Embassy and the Vietnamese community in the Russian Federation; attended the third meeting of the Vietnam - Russian Federation Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee and participated in many other important activities as assigned by the National Assembly Chairman.
