Chairman of VietinBank Board of Directors visited, encouraged and directed to overcome the consequences after storm No. 11

On October 14, 2025, the VietinBank working delegation led by comrade Tran Minh Binh - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VietinBank directly visited, encouraged and directed branches in Thai Nguyen province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 11 (MATMO).

The Headquarters working delegation directly came to work , grasp the damage situation and overcome the consequences after the storm of the branches in the province including: Thai Nguyen Branch, Luu Xa Branch, Nam Thai Nguyen Branch.

Listening to the reports of the units, the Chairman of the Board of Directors acknowledged the proactive and responsible spirit of the staff and employees in the area. Thanks to the proactive and flexible solutions of the units, the safety of human life and property was ensured, damage was minimized, and transactions with customers were maintained safely and smoothly in adverse conditions.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors directed and requested units to urgently carry out the following tasks:

- Branches need to continue to be proactive and quickly overcome problems to ensure that the headquarters facilities, machinery and equipment are stable to operate normally after the storm. At the same time, propose any problems and difficulties that need support to the Head Office and related departments for timely handling and resolution.

- In addition, the branch needs to closely coordinate with the Head Office: Units , related Departments, propose to issue appropriate customer support policies to overcome the consequences after the storm.

- VBI Insurance Company needs to coordinate closely with branches to visit and encourage customers affected by storms and floods. Urgently review and count affected customers, guide to complete compensation records, ensure support for customers to overcome consequences, and soon stabilize their lives and production.

- For Headquarters, Finance and Trade Union units, it is necessary to continue to mobilize and prepare support resources throughout the system to provide material and spiritual support to union members, workers and employees of branches affected by natural disasters .

Listening to the opinions of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Working Group, representatives of the Board of Directors of branches in Thai Nguyen province expressed their determination to seriously implement the direction of the Board of Directors . At the same time, they affirmed that the staff of the unit always strives to accompany the people and businesses to overcome the damage, stabilize their lives and production and business activities after the storm , thereby bringing the best service to customers.
