Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Pong Drang Commune, Term I, 2025

Attending the congress were Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Tuyet, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Pong Drang commune and 106 delegates representing all walks of life, ethnic groups and religions in the commune.

During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune has closely coordinated with member organizations, effectively carried out propaganda and mobilization work and diversified forms of gathering people, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc.

Leaders of Pong Drang commune presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

Specifically, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee mobilized people to actively participate in building new rural areas. Thereby, many rural roads were built and repaired with a total investment of 96.8 billion VND. Of which, the State budget supported nearly 77.7 billion VND; people contributed and mobilized other sources worth 19.1 billion VND.

In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune also coordinated with departments, branches and organizations to deploy many practical models such as: "Flower Road", "Green - Clean - Beautiful Road", "Landscape Flower Road" along inter-village and inter-hamlet roads.

In social security work, the Commune Fatherland Front Committee mobilized the Commune-level “For the Poor” Fund to raise over 1.2 billion VND. From this fund, the locality supported people to build Great Solidarity houses, develop production; at the same time, helped poor households treat illnesses, cared for children in difficult circumstances and poor students who love to study.

Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Tuyet, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province, gave a speech directing the congress.

The Congress discussed and unanimously approved the direction, goals and action program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Pong Drang commune for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune continues to innovate the content and methods of operation; protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; fight against corruption, waste and negativity; conduct social supervision and criticism; collect and synthesize opinions and recommendations of voters and people; promote the role of mastery and self-management of the people, build a united, prosperous and happy residential area...

The Congress also set out many specific targets: Every year, 100% of villages organize the National Great Unity Day with rich and practical content; 100% of villages effectively implement the 5 contents of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" associated with the sustainable poverty reduction program; mobilize the "For the poor" fund to achieve and exceed the target. By the end of the 2025 - 2030 term, strive for 100% of Front officials to be trained in professional skills and work skills...

The Congress consulted and elected 64 members to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Pong Drang commune, term I, 2025-2030. At the Congress, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Pong Drang commune, term I, consulted and elected positions in the standing committee. Ms. H' Nguop Nie was elected as Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Pong Drang commune, term I, 2025-2030.
