According to the report of the Standing Committee of Bac Tra My District Party Committee, for the 2020 - 2025 term, the District Party Executive Committee discussed and unanimously issued 24 resolutions; of which, there are 7 thematic resolutions on strengthening the Party's leadership over the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations; leading the work of building new rural areas.

The implementation of Directive No. 05 and Conclusion No. 01 continues to bring about positive changes in both the ideology and actions of cadres and party members. Many typical and advanced collectives and individuals are widely replicated among the people.

The annual work of developing party members has always met and exceeded the targets set in the resolution; the quality of party cell activities has been increasingly improved; the number of party cells with Party Committees has increased compared to the beginning of the term (party cells directly under the grassroots party committees increased by 41.8%; party cells directly under the District Party Committee increased by 1.5%).

In addition, the quality of Party committees at all levels has been increasingly improved, specifically, at the grassroots level: professional qualifications increased by 47%; political qualifications increased by 8.3%; at the district level: professional qualifications increased by 31.7%; political qualifications increased by 46.3%. The number of cadres with university and postgraduate degrees accounts for a large proportion (at the grassroots level: university degrees account for 70.9%; at the district level: university degrees account for 94.6% (postgraduate degrees account for 24.3%).

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Duc Dung said that the Provincial Party Committee established 7 survey delegations in many fields, contributing to a comprehensive assessment of the results achieved in the work of Party building and rectification, building the political system; socio -economic development, national defense and security... in the 2020 - 2025 term.

Through monitoring, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assessed that the Party Committee of Bac Tra My district has made many efforts in implementing the Party's resolutions for the 2020-2025 term, achieving important results in Party building and the political system at the grassroots level; especially, creating many highlights in local socio-economic development, taking care of people's lives.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung suggested that the locality focus on implementing the Party's resolutions in this term and preparing well for the organization of the congress in the next term, when the Bac Tra My Party Committee was selected to pilot the election of district-level Party Secretary at the Congress.

Earlier, on the same morning, the Working Group conducted a field survey on this content at the Tra Dong Commune Party Committee (Bac Tra My).
