Attending the training course were comrade Doan Thi Thanh My - Deputy Director of the Department of Land Management ( Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ); experts and leaders of departments under the Department of Land Management.

On the side of Lai Chau province, there were comrade Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province; representatives of People's Committees of communes and wards; Economic Department and experts in charge of land sector of communes and wards; leaders and experts of departments and units under the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

During the training, trainees learned 6 topics: an overview of the Land Law and decentralization, delegation of authority, and determination of authority in the land sector; an introduction to the information system and national database on land; land allocation, land lease, permission to change land use purposes; land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement; construction and adjustment of land price lists, specific land valuation; registration and issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land.

Comrade Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the training class.

Speaking at the training course, Mr. Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the significance of the training and hoped that the lecturers would help convey useful knowledge to the trainees. At the same time, he required the trainees to strictly follow the training time; fully absorb the knowledge; actively discuss the contents that need to be grasped, the remaining problems, the issues that need to be resolved... thereby, improving management capacity, better performing tasks in the land sector.
