Organizing the 4th Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, term 2025 - 2030

Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh signed Decision No. 3730/QD-BVHTTDL on organizing the 4th Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, term 2025 - 2030.

The 4th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism, term 2025 - 2030, was held to summarize the work of the Youth Union and youth movement of the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism in the period 2022 - 2025, set out directions and tasks and elect the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Ministry for the term 2025 - 2030.

The Congress is expected to take place over 2 days (afternoon of October 27 and morning of October 28, 2025) in Hanoi with the participation of 200 delegates, of which 150 delegates are members of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union for the 2022-2027 term; delegates elected by affiliated Youth Union organizations and delegates appointed by the delegates.

The 4th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism, term 2025-2030, carries out the following 4 contents: Summarizing the implementation of the Resolution for the term 2022 - 2025, building goals, directions, tasks and solutions for the term 2025 - 2030; Discussing, commenting, contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 1st Congress of the Government Youth Union and the 12th National Congress of the Youth Union, participating in opinions on amendments to the Youth Union Charter (if any); Electing the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism, Term III, term 2025 - 2030; Electing the delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the Government Youth Union.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that the 4th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism, term 2025-2030, must thoroughly grasp the guiding ideology of the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism, term 2025-2030, the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the direct and comprehensive leadership of the Party Committee, the Ministry's leaders, the orientation and direction of the Government Youth Union.

The Congress must be based on the spirit of democracy, innovation, creativity, promoting intelligence and responsibility, affirming the vanguard spirit of cadres, union members and youth in contributing ideas and perfecting the documents of the Ministry Youth Union Congress, the documents of the 1st Government Youth Union Congress and the 13th National Youth Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The 4th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism, term 2025-2030, must be a broad political activity with exciting emulation movements and a joyful and excited atmosphere among union members and youth before, during and after the Congress.

The preparation and organization of the Congress must be conducted solemnly, practically, effectively and economically with the motto "Pioneering - Solidarity - Courage - Breakthrough - Development".
