The National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi) is the venue for the Exhibition of Socio -Economic Achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2.

The purpose of the plan is to widely communicate the content, significance, results and socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, thereby introducing and affirming the important, comprehensive and historical achievements in the fields of economy, culture, society, national defense, security, foreign affairs... of the country over the past 80 years, especially in the period of innovation, integration and development.

Contribute to raising awareness, national pride, patriotism, and sense of responsibility of the entire Party, people, and army on the 80-year journey of building, protecting, and developing the country since President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam).

Portraying the process of implementing two strategic tasks of protecting and building the country over the past 80 years; arousing pride in the country's glorious historical tradition to motivate and inspire the nation, for the country to prepare to enter a new era, an era of striving to develop richly, civilized and prosperous. Promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam and affirming the position of Vietnam in the region and in the world.

Communication work before, during and after the Exhibition must follow the direction and political and ideological orientation of Party committees at all levels, ensuring practicality, effectiveness, and wide spread; rich and diverse content and methods, suitable for each target group; promoting the advantages of internet platforms, social networks, and mass media.

Communicate the purpose, historical significance, scale, content, form, time, location, promote official identity; results, socio-economic achievements in 80 years of building, protecting and developing the country since President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam), especially the period of innovation, integration and development.

Information on the progress and efforts of the Committees, Ministries, branches and localities in the process of designing, building content and constructing the exhibition with a spirit of enthusiastic competition, urgently carrying out activities at the Exhibition on schedule to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day.

The implementation of the communication of the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day with the theme "80 Years of Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" is an important political task. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Heads of relevant agencies and units to seriously implement, ensure quality and effectiveness; after the event, report the results of the communication to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism according to regulations. In the process of implementing the Plan, if there are any difficulties or problems, the Heads of agencies and units should promptly discuss with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
