Ban Ho Commune started the project of Traffic safety guardrail system on DH96 road

On the afternoon of October 16, the People's Committee of Ban Ho commune coordinated with a number of agencies and units to start the project of Traffic Safety Guardrail System for Road DH96; received 70 tons of cement for rural roads and supported 10 poor households with tractors and rice threshers.

Representatives of agencies and businesses attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

Accordingly, at Hoang Lien village, Ban Ho Commune People's Committee coordinated with Sa Pa Area Construction Investment Project Management Board to start the project of Traffic Safety Guardrail System on Road DH96 (from Hoang Lien village to Ban Sai village) Ban Ho commune, with a total length of 13 km and a total investment of 10 billion VND.

The guardrail system is invested to ensure traffic safety on route DH96.

The project is invested to ensure traffic safety on route DH96; promote economic development, social security, improve people's knowledge, and create exchanges in the region.

At the same time, it contributes to promoting economic development of tourism , cultural exchange, creating favorable conditions for domestic and foreign tourists to visit and explore the natural scenery of the tourist area.

Leaders of Ban Ho commune and people of Ban Sai village poured concrete on the road connecting to Provincial Road 152.

At Ban Sai village, the People's Committee of Ban Ho commune received 70 tons of cement to support villagers in pouring concrete on the connecting road from Ban Sai village to Provincial Road 152.

The road is about 2.5 km long; 1.5 m wide concreted by people contributing money to buy materials (sand, gravel), and contributing labor days to pave the road and pour concrete.

Leaders of Ban Ho commune and representatives of GVI organization presented plows and rice threshers to poor households.

Also on the afternoon of October 16, the People's Committee of Ban Ho commune coordinated with Global Ventures Inc (GVI) to present 10 plows and rice threshers to 10 disadvantaged households in Phung Dao village and Team 2 Lech Dao, helping households have more tools to develop production and increase income.
