Defeating U23 Yemen, U23 Vietnam won a ticket to the 2026 U23 Asian Cup

With the advantage of leading the group after two matches and playing at home, U23 Vietnam entered the match confidently and played aggressively from the start. However, coach Kim Sang Sik's team still did not score a goal in the first half as the final shots were not really good.
