The 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Ea Na Commune, term 2025-2020, Women's Union

On the morning of October 23, the Women's Union of Ea Na commune held the 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of the commune, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the event were Deputy Head of the Provincial Women's Affairs Committee Pham Thi Len; Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ea Na Commune Dinh Thanh Tuan; Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea Na Commune Nguyen Minh Dong, and 115 official delegates representing more than 5,000 women's union members of the commune.

Ea Na Commune Women's Union has 34 branches, including 16 village branches and 17 hamlet branches, with a total of 5,993 female members participating in union activities.

Party Secretary Dinh Thanh Tuan presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

With the spirit of effort and solidarity, the Women's Union of Ea Na commune has completed and exceeded 7/7 targets set out in the Resolution of the Women's Congress for the 2021-2025 term.

During the past term, the Commune Women's Union organized 15 major activities to propagate and disseminate the Party's policies, the State's laws and the Union's Resolutions to cadres, women members and the people. Implementing the godmother program, the Union sponsored 32 orphans; helping 125 households escape poverty and near-poverty.

The Commune Women's Union and 33 village and hamlet branches have various forms of assistance for households to meet the criteria of "Family of 5 no, 3 clean". The Union registered 10 projects/tasks to contribute to the construction of new rural areas and has completed 75/30, exceeding 45 projects and tasks by 250% and exceeding 150% of the target; continuing to maintain 5 models of "Safe - green - clean - beautiful - unique family".

During the term, the Association has developed 724 new members, exceeding the target of 17 members. The Association has chaired and coordinated with departments, branches and organizations to organize 12 communication conferences, 3 forums to listen to children's voices; 55 thematic talks and integrated propaganda into branch meetings, improving knowledge and skills for women on family life education , parenting education, reproductive health education, prevention of early marriage and consanguineous marriage.

At the same time, 44 models with a total amount of more than 500 million VND were awarded, including models of raising pigs, cows, goats, aquaculture, cashew nut processing, brocade weaving... to women members with difficult circumstances to overcome poverty in villages and hamlets...

During the 2025-2030 term, the Ea Na Women's Union focuses on building an effective organization. Every year, it mobilizes and supports 3 women to start businesses and start businesses; effectively supports and helps 12 near-poor and disadvantaged households headed by women to escape near-poverty and have stable jobs.

At the same time, coordinate training, vocational training, counseling, and job referrals for 100 or more female workers. Support 1-2 more households to meet the criteria of "5-have, 3-clean families"; strive for the whole commune to help 50 more households meet 8 criteria; carry out 1 project/part of work to contribute to building Ea Na commune to meet the criteria of an advanced new rural commune. 100% of incidents related to women and children occurring in the area are detected. The membership development rate increases by 0.5% or more; 100% of staff, 80% of members have basic digital skills, digital platforms, use smart devices, and online public services.

Continue to effectively implement the Project "Supporting Women Entrepreneurs"; build a team of Association officials, pay attention to the team of branch and group officials, especially the leaders with moral qualities, capacity, innovative thinking, solidarity spirit, and skills to mobilize women in the locality.

The Congress announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Ea Na Commune Women's Union, Term I, consisting of 41 members; of which, the Standing Committee has 7 members. Ms. Nay H' Uy continued to be appointed as President of the Ea Na Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term; the Congress also appointed 3 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Women's Congress.
