On the morning of March 18, 2024, in Vinh Phuc, Comrade Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Commission chaired a working session with the Executive Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, announcing the Politburo's Decision to transfer and appoint Comrade Duong Van An, Central Party Committee member, Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
