Instructions for surveying, evaluating and investigating provincial satisfaction index of cooperatives in 2025

Officials of the Provincial Cooperative Union guide leaders and managers of cooperatives in the province on how to evaluate satisfaction index surveys.

At the Conference, over 50 leaders and managers of cooperatives in the province were guided by the officers of the Provincial Cooperative Union on the basic contents of the survey form and discussed the difficulties and problems related to the operation of cooperatives. For cooperatives that did not participate in direct training, the Cooperative Union sent officers to guide through Zalo groups. Through this, the Provincial Cooperative Union grasped the thoughts, aspirations and difficulties of cooperatives in developing production and business; at the same time, discovered limitations in directing, operating and implementing policies for developing collective economy and cooperatives in the locality to promptly amend and recommend the Vietnam Cooperative Union to supplement mechanisms and policies, improve the quality of management of collective economy and cooperatives, improve the production and business environment, create a fair playing field and healthy competition for cooperatives to develop.

The process of surveying, evaluating, and ranking by survey form on information technology application, completed and sent to Vietnam Cooperative Alliance before October 30, 2025.
