The 25th session of the People's Council of Tien Yen district, term XX, passed 9 important Resolutions.

On December 19-20, the People's Council of Tien Yen district, term XX, 2021-2026, successfully held the 25th session (regular year-end session) to evaluate the socio -economic results in 2024; deploy tasks in 2025 and resolve a number of other important contents within its authority.

Implementing the socio-economic development tasks in 2024, in the context of facing many difficulties and great challenges, but with the spirit of comprehensive determination, closely following the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and District Party Committee, Tien Yen has achieved many outstanding results in all fields.

The growth rate of production value in 2024 is estimated at 15.8% (exceeding 0.8% compared to the Resolution). The total production value in 2024 is estimated at 2,223.1 billion VND. The total value of agricultural - forestry - fishery production in 2024 is estimated at 1,591.8 billion VND. The total state budget revenue in the area is estimated at nearly 136 billion VND. Administrative reform, improvement of the investment and business environment, and investment attraction continue to be improved. Social security policies are guaranteed. Up to now, Tien Yen has no poor households according to the criteria of the Central Government and the criteria of the province.

Implementing the 2025 tasks, Tien Yen district strives to achieve a production value growth rate of 13.5% or higher in 2025; strives to have no poor households or near-poor households according to the province's criteria. The rate of schools meeting national standards is 100%, of which 7 schools meet national standards at level 2. Forest cover rate is over 54.2%.

With the spirit of concentration and democracy, the delegates of Tien Yen District People's Council voted to pass 9 Resolutions at the session, including: Resolution on socio-economic development tasks in 2025; Resolution on state budget revenue estimates, local budget expenditures; mechanisms and measures for budget management in 2025; Resolution on adjusting investment policies, canceling investment policies for a number of public investment projects using district budget capital; Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025; Resolution on the Public Investment Plan for 2025; Resolution of the District People's Council on the medium-term public investment plan at the district level for the period 2026 - 2030. Resolution on the Plan for organizing regular meetings of the District People's Council in 2025; Resolution on the results of monitoring the investment, management and effective use of cultural and sports institutions in the district from 2021 to the time of monitoring; Resolution on questioning and answering questions.
