Meanwhile, the tourist destination Muoi Ngot – formed and exploited since the end of 2015 – was voted as one of the impressive eco-tourism destinations in Vietnam. Preserving its wild and mysterious beauty, Muoi Ngot is associated with a green tourism model, based on nature and community. It only takes about an hour by road for visitors to get here, then continue by boat through the canals winding through the cajuput forest, admiring the rustic and peaceful U Minh Ha village.

Coming to Muoi Ngọt, visitors not only enjoy the fresh air, but also transform into the people of the river region: go to the beehive, set traps, go fishing, pick vegetables, enjoy clean fruits in the garden. The rustic specialties such as grilled snakehead fish, braised eel with Morinda leaves, young bee salad, fried wild mice with lemongrass and chili... have the typical flavor of the U Minh forest land that makes diners unforgettable.
With its unique ecological, cultural and experiential values, Song Trem – Muoi Ngot is affirming its position as an ideal destination for tourists on their journey to explore the Southwest region, where people live in harmony and preserve every inch of their homeland’s forests and water.
