"Fire Alarm 114" Contest in Schools

On the morning of October 11, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Provincial Police) coordinated with Hon Gai High School; Ha Long High School for the Gifted; Le Thanh Tong Primary, Secondary and High School; British Academy International Bilingual School - UKA Ha Long and Ngo Quyen High School to solemnly organize the "114 Fire Alarm" Contest in 2025.

Representatives of the Provincial Police presented flowers to congratulate the contest.

The teams participated in the greeting contest with unique dramatized skits, conveying vivid and familiar messages about fire prevention and rescue.

There were 5 teams and hundreds of supporters who were students from 5 schools in the province. The "114 Fire Alarm" contest included 3 parts: Greeting, theory and practice. In the greeting part, each team prepared a dramatized skit to convey the message about fire prevention and fighting and rescue in the most vivid, familiar and memorable way, demonstrating the bravery, creativity and uniqueness of each team.

The theoretical competition is a competition between teams revolving around knowledge questions about fire prevention and rescue, helping students consolidate their skills in handling real-life situations, practicing courage and calmness when facing fires.

The practical test not only requires knowledge, skills and health, but also requires coordination, discipline and calmness at every moment, because every delay can affect human safety.

The contest is a practical activity in response to the movement "All people participate in fire prevention and fighting", launched by the Ministry of Public Security and the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province. Through the contest, it contributes to raising awareness, fostering fire prevention and fighting and rescue skills for students; building a safe and friendly school environment. At the same time, it spreads the spirit of initiative and responsibility in protecting the lives and property of the community and is an opportunity for young people to exchange, learn, and demonstrate their bravery and intelligence in fire prevention and fighting and rescue work.
