On the morning of October 10, Nghia Hanh commune organized the Innovation and Digital Transformation Festival in the commune in 2025. This is a practical activity of Nghia Hanh commune in response to the Innovation Festival (October 1) and National Digital Transformation Day (October 10, 2025).
Nghia Hanh identifies digital transformation as a long-term journey, requiring the consensus, determination and perseverance of the entire political system and the entire people, and aims to become a dynamic, creative locality, gradually rising in the digital age. To achieve this goal, the commune leaders call on each cadre and civil servant to be a core nucleus in applying digital technology to administrative reform, serving the people. Each youth union member is a pioneer in creating and applying new technology, supporting people to access digital skills, especially the elderly and disadvantaged. Each citizen is a subject of digital transformation, learning, changing habits, and taking advantage of digital platforms to serve life, production and business. Each village and each organization is a safe, humane digital community, connecting love and spreading knowledge.
At the Festival, Nghia Hanh commune presented 15 laptops to 15 villages, worth over 110 million VND, from socialized sources.
After the program, Nghia Hanh commune organized 4 volunteer teams: Support for installing personal digital signatures, Instructions for cashless payment via QR code, Support for online appointment booking to handle administrative procedures, integrate health insurance cards on VNeID for people and guide the use of Zoom application for village chiefs to serve the management work, online meetings; help people access technology, improve the commune's digital transformation indexes, gradually build e-government, towards digital government, digital economy and digital society as set goals.
