* Xuan Truc Commune

In the past term, through many practical activities, the Association of War Veterans in Xuan Truc commune actively participated in building and protecting the Party, the government, the people and the great national unity bloc. 100% of the War Veterans Association members actively participated in activities at 20 branches. The members played a core role in the movements of the association and the locality. The whole commune had 185 households of War Veterans Association members doing business with a good income. The Association of War Veterans in the commune guaranteed with credit institutions for 89 member households to borrow capital with an amount of more than 5 billion VND for economic development.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Association of War Veterans of Xuan Truc commune continues to promote the tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and actively participates in emulation movements and campaigns in all fields, contributing to the development of the locality. The Association strives for 100% of villages to establish veteran clubs, 100% of members to be exemplary, and 95% or more of member households to be cultural families every year.

* Long Hung Commune

Currently, Long Hung Commune War Veterans Association has 2,690 members, operating in 44 branches.   In the past term, the Association has carried out many practical activities, notably providing credit to banks for 7 savings groups with preferential loans with a total outstanding loan balance of over 12 billion VND, helping 164 member families develop their economy . In addition, the Association has mobilized more than 800 working days to build flower roads, repair cultural works; and mobilized members to participate in supporting various funds with   total amount of more than 128 million VND; organize propaganda , education on revolutionary ideals, traditions of the Vietnam People's Army   for more than 500 union members and youth in the area .   The emulation movement "Exemplary Veterans" is effectively implemented, with more than 96% of members achieving the title of exemplary member every year .

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Veterans Association strives to annually admit 200 - 250 new members ; 95 - 98% of members are exemplary and cultural veteran families ; continue to   encourage the​   Veterans promote patriotism, self-reliance, and self-improvement; help each other do business, improve material and spiritual life,   sustainable poverty reduction, legal enrichment;   strengthen national defense and security; actively respond to local campaigns and movements.

At the congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Inspection Committee of the Veterans Association of Xuan Truc and Long Hung communes.   term 2025 - 2030; appoint delegates to attend higher-level congresses.
