The Women's Union of communes held the first congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term.

During the past term, the organization of the Women's Union of communes was consolidated, developed, and expanded; the team of union officials basically met the requirements of capacity, qualifications, responsibility, dedication, accompanied the grassroots, closely worked with members and women to carry out the key tasks of the union. Closely following the political tasks of the localities, the Women's Union of communes promoted the spirit of solidarity and creativity, effectively carried out emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Central Union and localities, basically completing and exceeding the targets set for the term. Typical examples are the movement "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families", the campaign "Building families of 5 no, 3 clean" associated with the new rural construction program. The association has mobilized members and women to participate in economic development activities, help each other to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, support women to borrow capital, seedlings, develop production models; build models of women's savings, raise funds to support poor women, children in difficult circumstances, lonely elderly people, homeless people... Along with that, the association has established and maintained many models and clubs to mobilize members and women to practice health, moral qualities, improve knowledge, skills... affirm their position in the family and in society.

At the congresses, delegates discussed and evaluated the achievements, pointed out the limitations, and proposed directions, goals, tasks and key solutions for women's work in the 2025 - 2030 term. In particular, the Women's Union of communes focused on building a strong organization, promoting the role of women in socio -economic development, maintaining family happiness, and contributing to building a rich and civilized homeland.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Unions of communes have set out specific targets and breakthroughs; focusing on consolidating and building strong union organizations, operating professionally and effectively; promoting women's autonomy, innovation, creativity, and aspirations to rise up; promoting the role of women in building a strong Party, government, and union organization. Implementing comprehensive digital transformation in union organizations, accompanying women to improve digital capacity and digital skills; promoting women to start businesses, innovate, and get rich legitimately... contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

At the congresses, the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President and Vice President of the Women's Union of communes for the 2025-2030 term, and appointing delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels were announced.
