Brilliant flags and flowers welcome the Congress of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee

The main roads in Dien Bien Phu ward, Vo Nguyen Giap, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hoang Van Thai streets, 7-5 Square area, the Provincial Party Committee headquarters, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee... are brightly decorated with Party flags, national flags, images of beloved Uncle Ho, prominent and vivid propaganda banners have been installed with concise content, easy-to-understand images, eye-catching colors to help people easily receive and remember the message about the Congress.
