(Dan Tri) - With encouragement from his family and legal explanations from the police, Le Ha Dong, an employee of Security 24 Security Company, turned himself in and reported his violations.
On December 2, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that after being propagandized, mobilized, and explained, at around 1 p.m. on December 1, Le Ha Dong (born in 1992, residing in Tan Chinh village, Dong Nam commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province), an employee of Security 24 security company, came to the police station to surrender.
Previously, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Investigation Agency detained four suspects who were employees of Security 24 Security Company.
Specifically, they include: Le Kien Quyet (born in 1985, in Hau Loc town, Hau Loc district); Hoang Kim Chung (born in 1996, in Thanh Yen street, Quang Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa city); Nguyen Dinh Duong (born in 1991, in Quang Minh commune, Sam Son city) and La Van Thuy (born in 1985, in Tho Lap commune, Tho Xuan district).

The subjects were detained for investigation to clarify the act of disturbing public order.
During the investigation, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Department determined that Le Ha Dong was the subject who participated with the above group of subjects in blatantly diverting traffic at many intersections in Thanh Hoa city for the wedding procession to pass through, causing disorder and insecurity, upsetting public opinion.
On the afternoon of December 1, with encouragement from his family and legal explanations from the police, Le Ha Dong was fully aware of his illegal behavior, so he went to the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police to surrender and report all of his violations.
The Provincial Police Investigation Agency has drawn up a record of receiving the criminal who turned himself in and issued a decision to temporarily detain Le Ha Dong for disturbing public order.

Previously, the police force discovered on social networks a clip circulating recording a scene on Le Loi Avenue, Thanh Hoa city, where a convoy of cars going to a wedding was being directed by a group of uniformed bodyguards in the middle of the road.
On the afternoon of November 28, the Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with the Mobile Police Department and Thanh Hoa City Police to search the headquarters of Security Bodyguard Company Ltd., located on Nguyen Duy Hieu Street, Dong Huong Ward, Thanh Hoa City.
The police also summoned the subjects related to the case to the police headquarters for investigation and clarification.
