On October 16, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) organized a training conference on trade union work.

Attending the conference were over 90 delegates who were presidents, vice presidents, and members of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union representing grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor; and experts from the Trade Union Working Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

The leader of the Provincial Federation of Labor delivered the opening speech at the conference.

At the conference, delegates were informed of documents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Lang Son Provincial Party Committee on organizing trade union congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term; instructions on developing plans, procedures, and contents for organizing trade union congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term; instructions on personnel for trade union congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term; implementation of a special emulation campaign to welcome trade union congresses at all levels; instructions on emulation and reward work at trade union congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term; instructions on propaganda for trade union congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term; trade union communication work and deployment of Zalo OA in trade union levels.

The conference aims to improve the capacity and professional skills of the grassroots trade union staff, contributing to unifying the awareness, methods and procedures for organizing trade union congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term. Thereby, helping trade union staff grasp new regulations and guidelines, proactively develop plans, prepare personnel, content and organize congresses to ensure progress, quality, practicality and efficiency. This is also an opportunity for delegates to exchange experiences, consolidate practical skills, and create a vibrant competitive atmosphere in trade union levels.
