According to the police, this is a prostitution organization disguised as a restaurant in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. This restaurant has been operating since 2018, and is the largest chain of restaurants (including some in District 5) owned by Nguyen.

At the above business establishment, there are 15 rooms operating karaoke without a license, with about 60 female attendants ready to serve male customers in need, and said they would not be detected by the police.

According to the investigation, to avoid detection, Nguyen directly instructed his subordinates to use slang such as "eating rice, eating porridge" to imply that female flight attendants were allowed to sell sex. Nguyen also frequently changed his methods of operation, finding many ways to deal with the police.

In addition, this place also has an alarm system (walkie-talkie, warning lights, automatic sound off...), there are always 3 to 5 guards on duty, alarming when there is an incident.

In addition, Nguyen connected with many managers to attract hundreds of female waitresses to work in the restaurant chains he owned.

Recently, the Criminal Police Department (Ho Chi Minh City Police) raided and seized many documents and evidence related to the restaurant organizing female attendants to sell sex at hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. The police also brought some related guests to the headquarters for questioning.

At the police station, these people confessed that after eating and singing karaoke at restaurant 97, the manager named Ngon introduced them to 4 female waitresses at the restaurant for 12 million VND/waitress/night.

Police determined that each month Nguyen's restaurant chain attracts thousands of customers to eat, drink, and have fun, illegally profiting tens of billions of dong.

Currently, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency is expanding the investigation of the case, searching for and clarifying the subjects who helped organize prostitution brokerage at the restaurant to handle according to the provisions of the law.
