Organizing the "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" Zone at the 2025 Autumn Fair

On October 10, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 3595/QD - BVHTTDL approving the Plan to organize the "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" Zone at the Autumn Fair in 2025.

Pursuant to Decision No. 2172/QD-TTg dated October 3, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Steering Committee for the "Autumn Fair 2025"; Pursuant to Decision No. 2816/QD-BCT dated October 8, 2025 of the Minister of Industry and Trade - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the Autumn Fair 2025 on approving the Project for organizing the Autumn Fair 2025; At the request of the Director of the Copyright Office;... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision approving the Plan for organizing the "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" Zone at the Autumn Fair 2025.

Organize the "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" Zone at the 2025 Autumn Fair to promote trade, connect supply and demand, stimulate domestic consumption, support businesses to expand export markets, develop brands, products and services of Vietnamese cultural industry.

At the same time, organize trade activities, promote and advertise products and services in a professional manner to promote market development for cultural industrial products. Organize cultural, artistic, information and communication activities to promote fairs, attract customers, contribute to strengthening cooperation, signing trade agreements, developing brands, products and services of cultural industries.

The "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" section at the 2025 Autumn Fair is expected to take place from October 26, 2025 to November 4, 2025 at the National Exhibition Fair Center, Dong Anh commune, Hanoi city.

The "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" area is expected to include booths such as: Software and game booth; Publishing booth; Cinema booth; Performing arts booth; Sports booth; Fine arts, fashion, handicraft booth; Tourism booth.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that the organization, design and construction of the central stage and booths must be synchronous, modern, unified, open and cohesive, clearly expressing the theme, ensuring aesthetics, attractiveness, applying advanced technology, multimedia, helping visitors easily access information, experience and shop.

Organize cultural and artistic activities associated with attracting visitors, experiences, shopping and trade promotion activities such as forums, signing cooperation agreements, trade connection activities, introducing new products and technologies; promote cooperation between Vietnamese and international enterprises.

In particular, absolute security, safety, fire prevention, environmental sanitation and food safety are ensured, serving well the needs of domestic and international tourists and businesses throughout the Fair.

During the implementation process, if any problems arise or content needs to be adjusted, agencies and units are requested to send documents (through the Copyright Office) to report to the Ministry's leaders for consideration and decision.

The Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance; Director of the Copyright Department and Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
