Completed digitization of 100% of civil status data (1,046,854 data) and synchronized it into the civil status database to serve data exploitation, connection and sharing; built land database at 121/121 commune-level administrative units with more than 1.4 million land plots; integrated 1,231/1,849 online public services into the National Public Service Portal (reaching a rate of 66.6%); the rate of online settlement of records was 99.91%.

The whole province issued 1.4 million citizen identification cards to 100% of eligible citizens; activated 829,267 electronic identification accounts; issued 325,281 digital signatures to people and businesses; deployed 22 pilot models under Project 06...
