Closing ceremony of the Volleyball Tournament to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's traditional day

This afternoon, November 16, in Dong Ha City, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Tri Province held the closing ceremony of the Volleyball Tournament to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day, November 18 (1930 - 2024). Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Nguyen Huu Dung; Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee Dao Manh Hung; leaders of the Department of Planning and Investment, Quang Tri Newspaper attended.

Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Duong Tan Long, said that after a day of exciting and attractive competition, the Volleyball Tournament to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's traditional day ended successfully. Although it was held for the first time, the tournament created a useful, attractive, and quality playground and left many unforgettable impressions in the hearts of more than 60 athletes and sports lovers. Through this playground, it helped cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers have the opportunity to meet, exchange and strengthen solidarity; contributing to arousing and developing the sports movement in general and volleyball in particular in the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels and party agencies.

At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department football team; the second prize to the Cam Lo District Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee football team; and the third prize to two football teams: Quang Tri Newspaper and Gio Linh District Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
