With the task of mobile repair, the unit regularly does a good job of educating and raising awareness and responsibility for officers and technical staff; proactively grasps the situation, coordinates well in surveying the technical status before organizing mobile repairs. This is an extremely important step, which determines the repair results, because through the survey, we will proactively build a "treatment regimen" for each vehicle, arrange repairmen with appropriate capacity and qualifications. In addition, the unit always does a good job of preparing materials, equipment, and tools; closely coordinates with the focal points; strictly follows the technological process and safety rules; at the same time, attaches importance to summarizing and drawing experience after each repair period associated with commendation and rewards".

For mobile repair tasks on remote islands, every year, Workshop X201 sends groups of cadres and specialized workers to work on sea and island routes for about 7-8 months. The unit focuses on research, application of science , technology, innovation and digital transformation, thereby having many initiatives and improved equipment that are appropriately applied in harsh climates, helping to increase the lifespan of equipment and technical equipment at the forefront. At the same time, the unit proactively trains its team of workers, focusing on the form of superiors training subordinates, high-level workers mentoring low-level workers, training in practice and sending them to participate in training courses on exploitation and use of new equipment and technical equipment...

Every year, Workshop X201 organizes 7-8 mobile teams to survey the technical status of military equipment and technical means; 10-15 mobile teams to repair tanks and armored vehicles (ATV) for units. The annual mobile repair output is always high: Medium repair of 6-10 ATV vehicles, TTG construction vehicles; minor repair of 40-50 ATV vehicles; synchronous repair of 62-93 ATV vehicles, new generation optical-electronic equipment systems on 30-60 ATV vehicles and specialized systems on 180-200 ATV vehicles; repair and install new communication stations on 200-250 vehicles... The vehicles and systems on the vehicles after repair all meet technical standards and are always highly appreciated by the units. In addition to completing the repair content well according to the plan, the Workshop also helps other units to overcome the damage of some ATV vehicles; Proposing many measures and sharing professional experiences to help improve the quality of preservation and maintenance of technical equipment and facilities, contributing to the effective implementation of the Campaign "Managing and exploiting technical equipment and facilities well, durably, safely, economically and in traffic safety"...
