According to comrade Vuong Van Phuc, Head of the Ca Dong Coi residential group, the project has a scale of more than 7 hectares, requiring the recovery of residential land and agricultural land of more than 300 households. The residential group officials have propagated and mobilized people to come and declare and coordinate to publicly disclose the area at the cultural house so that everyone can clearly understand the information. Thanks to the consensus and response of the people, the implementation process has gone smoothly. Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoan, a household in the group, said: "My family has 1,200 square meters of agricultural land in the Dang Gia field, Cong Dau, which is subject to recovery. Knowing that opening a large road will bring common benefits to the community, as soon as I received the notice, I proactively declared and joined hands to create conditions for the site clearance work to be implemented quickly."
At the resettlement area of lots 6, 7, 8, 9 with an area of about 13 hectares, the site clearance work is also being actively implemented. Up to now, the consulting unit, Dong Duong Construction Joint Stock Company, has completed the statistics, identified the agricultural land users, counted the graves on the land and publicly announced the recovered area and compensation level to each household. Ms. Nguyen Thi Khien, a household subject to relocation, shared: "My family lives in a small alley with narrow roads. Now the State has opened a road, most of the old houses will be within the road construction area. Being moved to the new resettlement area, I am very happy because there are spacious roads and synchronous infrastructure." Each resettlement area includes essential infrastructure such as: Electricity, roads, schools, stations, auxiliary works... to ensure people live conveniently in their new place. Therefore, the ward carries out many procedures in parallel. The approval of the planning task has been completed; the opinions of the Department of Construction, relevant agencies, units, and the community are being collected as a basis for the appraisal and approval of the 1/500 detailed planning.
