The organization orients its development based on three main pillars: connecting women in preserving and developing cultural heritage; supporting creative startups from heritage, in the fields of handicrafts, traditional fashion , cuisine and cultural products; connecting experts, researchers, and the community of women who love heritage at home and abroad, to enhance the role and position of women in modern society.

From there, a network of women who love heritage was formed nationwide, contributing to promoting the image of Vietnamese women who are dynamic, creative but still imbued with national identity.
