In 2025, Training Center 334 was assigned the task of selecting and training more than 100 infantry squad leaders according to the 3-month training program of the Military Training Department, General Staff.

Identifying the task of training infantry squad leaders as an extremely important task, creating a source of squad-level commanders for the task of training new soldiers in 2026, the Party Committee and the Command Board of the Center have done a good job of selecting and carefully preparing places to eat, stay, live and study for the trainees; at the same time, proactively building detailed plans and programs for the subjects, organizing through lesson plans and lectures to ensure strictness and seriousness.

During the training process, the Center operates the training program with correct content and time as prescribed, suitable to the actual conditions of the unit. Close coordination between agencies and units, guidance, monitoring, inspection, ensuring the course completes its tasks well.

With the careful preparation of the Center and the positive and proactive learning spirit of the students, the 45th Infantry Squad Leader training course was organized according to plan, achieving good results. Specifically, 100% of the students graduated with good and excellent grades (of which 9.37% were excellent, 90.63% were good).
