The Department of Construction continues to monitor and assess the safety level of construction works, urban areas and concentrated residential areas along the river, paying special attention to works under construction or with weak soil and rock structures, requiring investors to stop construction, implement reinforcement measures and move materials and equipment out of dangerous areas.
Media agencies must continuously broadcast urgent bulletins, instructing people on preventive measures and self-protection of life and property. Local authorities need to inform each household directly via loudspeakers, social networks, text messages, etc. so that people do not lack warning information.

The risk of widespread deep flooding, flash floods and landslides is present, especially in low-lying areas, along rivers and streams, urban areas and residential areas.
