Details of the suspension time of the electronic tax system on October 11-12

The Department of Taxation ( Ministry of Finance ) has just announced a plan to temporarily suspend tax application systems to serve the purpose of checking and evaluating the system's readiness level in the standby environment.

Accordingly, the electronic tax service application system will be temporarily suspended for the first time for 8 hours, from 6:00 p.m. on October 11 to 2:00 a.m. on October 12; the second suspension will be from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on October 12.

Suspend the electronic tax system for 2 days.

For the administrative procedure information system, the application will be temporarily suspended for one and a half hours, from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on October 11 and from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on October 12.

The Tax Department said that during the above period, taxpayers will temporarily stop using electronic tax service applications, administrative procedure settlement information systems, and centralized electronic signature applications.

Including electronic tax services for businesses (eTax), electronic tax services for individuals (iCanhan), electronic tax services on mobile devices (eTax Mobile), e-Commerce Portal, Electronic information portal for households and individuals to register, declare and pay taxes from e-commerce and digital platform business (Canhan TMĐT), Electronic information portal for foreign suppliers (NCCNN), electronic tax services on the National Public Service Portal, electronic tax services on the Ministry of Finance's Public Service Portal.

The Tax Department recommends that provincial and municipal tax authorities promptly notify taxpayers to be proactive in their work.
