Immediately after receiving the news, Son Vi Border Post, Provincial Border Guard quickly sent medical officers and soldiers to the scene, organized first aid for the students; at the same time coordinated with teachers and families to take the students to Son Vi Commune Health Station for treatment. According to initial records, some students when stung by bees had headaches, difficulty breathing, red rashes all over the body, of which 4 cases were severe leading to low blood pressure, unable to walk.

Son Vi Commune Health Station administered anti-shock fluids, actively eliminated urine, and detoxified the students' bodies after being stung by bees. Thanks to timely first aid, by the evening of the same day, the health of the 10 students was basically stable and no longer in danger. They continued to be monitored and cared for until they recovered.
