The World Culture Festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hanoi People's Committee, will take place from October 10-12, 2025 at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Heritage Center - a UNESCO-recognized World Cultural Heritage. The highlight of the World Cultural Festival in Hanoi 2025 is the fashion show "Heritage Footsteps" taking place on the evening of October 11, 2025 at the central stage of Thang Long Imperial Citadel. The show introduces to the Vietnamese and international public nearly 100 traditional costumes from various countries with the participation of famous faces such as: supermodel Ha Vy, actress Quynh Nga, Quynh Kool, MC Van Hugo, musician Giang Son, Miss Tran Bao Ngoc, 2 ambassadors of Switzerland and Pakistan to Vietnam and models.

This can be said to be the most rich and magnificent international national costume performance ever in Vietnam. Models and four wives from the US, Czech, Japanese and Ukrainian embassies in Vietnam performed in outfits by designer Anh Thu (brand Ngan An).

Among them, the large-sized painting "Ancient Cheo and the sound of the kite flute on the golden field" by artist Ngo Ba Hoang under the enthusiastic bidding guidance of People's Artist Tu Long and People's Artist Xuan Bac earned 1 billion VND.

The painting "Ancient Cheo melody and kite flute sound on the golden field" belongs to a representative of SHB and T&T - the sponsor of the program, winning the auction of 1 billion VND.

The entire auction proceeds of 2.5 billion VND will be transferred to localities affected by floods, to support the reconstruction of houses, schools and civil works. This is not only the most meaningful activity of the program but also demonstrates the humanitarian meaning of the event.
