The 4th Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Danang Petroleum Services Company, term 2025-2030

The congress was honored to welcome comrade Tran Hai Phuong - Secretary of the Youth Union of PTSC Corporation; comrade Dang Tien Dung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Danang DVDK Company, and comrades who are members of the Party Committee, Board of Directors, Trade Union Executive Committee and youth union members of the company to attend the congress.

The Congress listened to the Presidium present the Report on the results of the Union's activities and youth movements for the 2022-2027 term, the 2022-2025 period and deploy the directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress identified key tasks and goals for the new term: improving the quality of Union members, excellently completing political tasks as well as professional tasks; introducing outstanding Union members to the Party; promoting the volunteer movement, youth for the community; promoting innovation initiatives, applying science and technology to production and business, contributing to the overall success of the unit.

With the spirit of solidarity, concentration, democracy and responsibility, the congress elected the Executive Committee of PTSC Da Nang Youth Union, term IV, 2025-2030, consisting of 7 comrades with moral qualities, strong political will, high professional capacity to ensure inheritance, innovation, representing the will and aspirations of all union members in the company. At the same time, the Congress elected the Delegation to attend the 5th Congress of PTSC Youth Union, term 2025-2030.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Tran Hai Phuong - Secretary of the Youth Union of PTSC Corporation praised the achievements in the past term. In addition, he shared and inspired the enthusiasm of all PTSC Da Nang Youth Union members in general and the new Executive Committee in particular: to have enough courage, enough confidence, always keep the "fire" and build a strong grassroots Youth Union.

The Congress was also honored to listen to the direction of comrade Dang Tien Dung - Party Secretary, Director of the company: continue to promote union activities that are connected and suitable to the actual situation of the unit; innovate thinking, be creative, complete political tasks and production and business activities.

With the spirit of "PTSC Da Nang Youth Pioneer - Solidarity - Enthusiasm - Creativity on all fronts for the sustainable development of PTSC Da Nang", the congress called on all youth union members in the unit to grasp the opportunities, determined to overcome all difficulties and challenges, strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress and the production and business tasks assigned by PTSC Corporation.
