On October 10, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province organized the Provincial Digital Transformation Day 2025 with the theme " Digital technology , creating the future".

Speaking at the Digital Transformation Day, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Ho Thi Nguyen Thao said: Digital transformation is an inevitable trend of the world, and also a great opportunity, a chance for Dak Lak to catch up, go along and be able to rise up, apply science and technology to all aspects of social life, contributing to creating opportunities for Dak Lak province to make a breakthrough in economic and social development, becoming the center of the Central Highlands and South Central Coast.

In recent times, Dak Lak province has implemented many programs, projects, and policy mechanisms to promote the application of information technology, science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation. In particular, from July 1, 2025, the new 2-level government apparatus officially came into operation, initially bringing clear results: quickly resolving work for people and businesses, building a modern, transparent administration, and serving the people better.

Representatives of the Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level signed a commitment to compete in "Improving the effectiveness of digital transformation at the commune level".

The digital transformation program has marked important steps forward: Applying artificial intelligence in supporting administrative procedure settlement, operating the 2-level local government model; launching the "Digital Education for the People" movement from July 15, 2025 to October 25, 2025 with 10 specific goals; promoting and developing telecommunications infrastructure with 100% of villages and hamlets having broadband connection, 99.9% of the population covered by 4G, 5G coverage rate reaching 26%; receiving and settling administrative procedures has become stable.

The rate of online records in the entire administrative procedure settlement process reached more than 35%; more than 300,000 records were received, of which more than 75% were through online public services; the index of service to people and businesses in performing administrative procedures ranked 10th out of 34 provinces and cities.

Collectives received Certificates of Merit from the People's Committee of Dak Lak province for their outstanding achievements in digital transformation work of Dak Lak province.

In particular, the province strives to complete the Dak Lak province digital transformation infrastructure construction project for the 2021-2025 period and orientation to 2030 with a total budget of more than 300 billion VND in 2025.

Technology enterprises all wish to cooperate and support Dak Lak province to continue to strongly and effectively deploy digital transformation solutions in the coming period, contributing to the successful completion of the goal of building Dak Lak province to develop rapidly, sustainably, civilized, and with identity.
