During a visit to the Independence Palace – a historical symbol in the heart of Saigon, Chi Vi Bui, a student of the Faculty of International Relations, felt the profound meaning of independence, freedom, and happiness – those sacred values ​​that were exchanged with the blood and bones of our ancestors.
