Notably, with the orientation of "Digital Enterprise - Digital Grid - Digital Customer", EVNSPC not only modernizes the management infrastructure, but also brings convenient digital experiences to millions of customers.
Solid digital platform - Smart governance
EVNSPC is one of the three leading units of Vietnam Electricity Group in terms of completion of the Digital Transformation Project for the period 2021-2025, reaching about 95-96% of the targets.
In the field of administration, shared software has been deployed to the Power unit level, effectively exploiting the management and operations. The management and operations system has been upgraded in sync with ERP, CMIS, HRMS, PMIS, D-Office platforms and BI - Tableau centralized data warehouse to serve real-time decision making.
To date, 100% of internal records, documents and business processes have been digitized. More than 19,500 employees have used digital platforms in their daily work, thereby creating a flexible, transparent and efficient working environment. 100% of responsible employees are equipped with digital signatures; 14 business processes are digitized (safety, technical, legal, planning, investment...); Comprehensive digital financial management system with E-Invoice, E-Payment, cash flow planning and 150 Tableau-BI dashboards, helping to manage in real time.
Significant progress has been made in the engineering and safety sectors. A standardized PMIS with over 20 million records, condition-based maintenance (CBM) implementation, field monitoring using Digital Workforce, and integration of AI and drones in grid inspection.

At the same time, EVNSPC is a pioneer in improving electricity services towards digitalization and automation. Up to now, 100% of electricity services are provided online at level 4; 71% of customers use services on digital platforms (Web/App/Zalo) and 60% of requests are received and processed automatically through CMIS 4.0 and EVNHES 2.0 systems.
The Corporation has also upgraded CMIS 4.0, EVNHES 2.0, and served more than 8 million customers via Customer Service App/Web. Along with the integration of EVNID electronic identification, comprehensive electronic payment and electronic invoice connection, EVNSPC has improved user experience, aiming to serve customers faster, more transparently and more conveniently.

EVNSPC has implemented 8 scientific projects, including 3 projects applying artificial intelligence (AI) in monitoring, signal analysis and equipment failure prediction. The research results have directly supported the management of power system operations, improved power supply reliability, improved SAIDI index by 84.4% compared to 2016, while increasing labor productivity and reducing power loss.
The Corporation has boldly applied many advanced technologies in the field such as: Hotline construction; drone application (unmanned aerial vehicle) in 110kV grid inspection; AI application and sensor technology in partial discharge monitoring, dissolved gas analysis, diagnosing potential transformer failures... These solutions have contributed to improving system stability, minimizing failures, and modernizing the Southern power grid in the direction of "smart, safe, and efficient operation".
Phase 2026-2030: Breakthrough in digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence
Entering the 2026-2030 period, EVNSPC continues to focus on comprehensive digital transformation and modern infrastructure development, towards the model of "One infrastructure - One database - One smart operating platform"; focusing on three strategic pillars.
First, modernize digital infrastructure: develop software-defined networking infrastructure (SDN), Tier III data centers, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) and cloud computing to serve the entire system.
Second, data mining and AI: forming a unified data lakehouse, deploying big data analytics and artificial intelligence in load forecasting, predictive maintenance, operational optimization and customer satisfaction analysis.
Third, information security and smart operations: applying the "Zero Trust" security model, operating an AI-integrated SOC Cyber Security Center, ensuring safety and reliability for the entire digital infrastructure.

At the same time, the Corporation will continue to expand the application of drones, BIM, AI and UAVs in construction supervision, digitize 110kV stations, develop smart grids integrating renewable energy - aiming at the goal of modern, efficient management and greening the power system in the Southern region.

The new phase places high demands on infrastructure modernization, smart data exploitation and customer experience enhancement. EVNSPC identifies digital transformation as not only a technical task, but also a driving force for sustainable development, helping the Corporation operate more efficiently, transparently and creatively.

From the foundation built in the 2021-2025 period, EVNSPC will continue to affirm its pioneering position in technology application, digital transformation and innovation of Vietnam Electricity Group.
