Director of the Provincial Police Pham Kim Dinh visited and gave gifts to Dien Bien soldiers in Ham Yen district.

Comrade Pham Kim Dinh, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented gifts to Dien Bien soldier Ta Thi Thang.

The Provincial Police Director visited and presented gifts to the following women: Ngo Thi Tinh, Tran Thi Dao, Minh Phu village 1; Hoang Thi Dung, Minh Phu village 2; Ta Thi Thang, Minh Phu village 3; Ta Thi Dac, Thong Nhat village 5.

He inquired about the health and lives of Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, frontline workers and their families. He expressed his respect and gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of Dien Bien soldiers in the resistance war against French colonialism, contributing with the whole country to the Dien Bien Phu victory that "resounded throughout the five continents and shook the earth".

He wished the Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline workers good health, and to be a spiritual support for their children and grandchildren.
