Hanoi seeks public opinion on planning for both banks of To Lich River

Hanoi City is organizing to collect public opinions on the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 for both sides of the To Lich River. The time for collecting opinions is 20 days.

Ngoc Ha Ward People's Committee ( Hanoi City) has just issued Notice No. 14 to publicize the 1/500 scale Detailed Planning Project on both sides of To Lich River. The Notice was posted for 20 days at the headquarters of Ngoc Ha Ward People's Committee, 25 Lieu Giai, Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi City and on the ward's electronic information page.

Ngoc Ha Ward People's Committee said that the project to renovate, embellish and rebuild the park on both sides of the To Lich River in Hanoi is a large project, aiming to create a green public space - friendly to the riverside environment, not only bringing green landscape, relaxing space for Hanoi people, the project also contributes to improving the environment, stabilizing the flow, reducing pollution for the To Lich River - a key project in the ward.

Previously, the Hanoi People's Committee had prepared documents to report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and will submit to the City People's Council for consideration of the project policy to renovate, embellish and reconstruct the park on both sides of the To Lich River.

The project's land use area is nearly 738,000 square meters. The construction site is along the To Lich River, passing through the wards of Ngoc Ha, Nghia Do, Lang, Giang Vo, Cau Giay, Yen Hoa, Thanh Xuan, Dong Da, Khuong Dinh, Dinh Cong, Thanh Liet, and Hoang Liet.

According to the Hanoi People's Committee, the project is expected to build a road and yard category including a road, sidewalk and square, retaining walls, riverside walkways, a system of steps - steps, curbs, tree beds, parking lots, sports fields, playgrounds, pedestrian paths...

In addition, there will be architectural works including service works, highlight works and auxiliary works. The project will also build green trees and other equipment and utilities. The route plan and location of the works are on a scale of 1/500. Hanoi People's Committee said that the total preliminary investment of the project is more than 4,665 billion VND.
