These iconic projects not only create synchronization in traffic infrastructure and a new, spacious and modern urban appearance, but also contribute to promoting socio -economic development, improving people's spiritual life and affirming the position of Hanoi Capital in the country and in the world.

On the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2025), on October 5, the Hanoi Opera House Project (Pearl Theater) and Cultural - Art Park with a total area of ​​191,000 m² were started in Tay Ho Ward. The project has a total investment of more than 12,000 billion VND from socialized capital from Sun Group Corporation.

It is expected that after completion, the theater will have a capacity of 2,000 spectators, becoming the largest theater in Asia and is expected to become a new symbol of the capital Hanoi .

Leaders, former leaders of the Central Government and Hanoi City, and delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Hanoi Opera House and thematic cultural and artistic park project.

Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC - invested and built by Vingroup in Dong Anh commune, Hanoi) was inaugurated and put into operation on August 19, 2025, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. With a scale of more than 900,000m², the indoor exhibition area is up to 304,000m², this is the largest and most modern exhibition, economic and cultural complex in Southeast Asia, ranked in the top 10 largest exhibition centers in the world.

The overall construction progress of the parallel road component projects of the Ring Road 4 - Capital Region Project has basically followed the set plan. Contractors are striving to complete 58km of parallel road through Hanoi in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The Tu Lien Bridge construction project started on May 19, 2025 with a total investment of nearly VND 20,000 billion, with a length of about 5.15 km. After completion (expected in 2027), Tu Lien Bridge will help reduce congestion and overload on existing bridges, quickly connecting the city center with the East and Northeast areas of the Red River.
