The Vietnam Red Cross Central Committee is deploying a large-scale emergency relief campaign to support people in 10 provinces severely damaged by storm No. 10 (Bualoi), storm No. 11 (Matmo) and post-storm circulation, including: Bac Ninh, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Quang Tri.

Accordingly, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society decided to continue allocating more than VND5.7 billion in emergency relief, including cash and essential goods.
Specifically, relief for 10 heavily damaged provinces includes: Bac Ninh province 800 million VND and 120,000 P&G water filter powder packages; Cao Bang 800 million VND and 96,000 P&G water filter powder packages; Tuyen Quang 600 million VND and 72,000 P&G water filter powder packages; Thai Nguyen 800 million VND and 240,000 P&G water filter powder packages; Lang Son 500 million VND and 72,000 P&G water filter powder packages; Lao Cai 500 million VND and 72,000 P&G water filter powder packages; Thanh Hoa 200 million VND and 31,440 P&G water filter powder packages; Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Quang Tri each province received support of 300 million VND.
The funding source is taken from the "Join hands to overcome floods" campaign launched by the Central Association, through account H2025 at Vietcombank .
According to the Vietnam Red Cross, these meaningful gifts help people quickly overcome the consequences of natural disasters, contributing to building a humane and resilient society that leaves no one behind.
