Enthusiastic youth leader

Having participated in the youth union and youth movement for many years, Mr. Nguyen Minh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Van Thang Commune Youth Union has always been exemplary, pioneering and proactive in activities, contributing to improving the effectiveness of youth work in the area.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Dien is known as one of the enthusiastic youth leaders of the locality. With more than 11 years of working in the Youth Union, he has held positions such as: Secretary of the Youth Union of Van Binh commune, Van Ninh district (old); Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Van Ninh district (old) and now Secretary of the Youth Union of Van Thang commune. In the period of 2020 - 2025, Mr. Dien has always been active and exemplary in responding to and participating in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Central, Provincial and local Youth Unions. In particular, he initiated and directly participated in many movements, concretizing the 3 major movements of the Youth Union: "Youth Volunteers", "Creative Youth", "Youth Volunteers to Protect the Fatherland" into practical works and tasks, bringing great value to the community. He and the Standing Committee of the Van Ninh District Youth Union (old) mobilized and implemented 15 youth projects "Truong Sa Milestone" with a total cost of 450 million VND; 5 "Lighting up the countryside" projects worth nearly 200 million VND; 3 "National flag routes" worth nearly 100 million VND; deploying to the grassroots union activities such as: Creative Festival, playground for union members and young people to show their creativity... Mr. Dien also maintains regular volunteer activities such as: "Green Sunday", "Volunteer Saturday", attracting thousands of union members and young people to participate in cleaning the environment, beautifying the rural landscape, actively contributing to building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

In addition to his pioneering spirit, Mr. Nguyen Minh Dien also clearly demonstrated the role of a Front cadre in the work of "Skilled Mass Mobilization". He skillfully integrated the activities of the Youth Union with local political tasks, effectively implementing models such as: "Foster children of the Youth Union", "Youth start-ups and careers", "Youth with digital transformation". These models not only support and accompany young people in economic development and technology mastery, but also create a strong spread, receiving the sympathy and response of the people. He also took the lead in mobilizing social resources to give gifts and scholarships to poor students, build "Red Scarf Houses", demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love and affection", not leaving anyone behind.

With a simple and modest lifestyle, always maintaining solidarity in the collective, being straightforward in self-criticism and criticism, youth leader Nguyen Minh Dien always receives the trust of everyone. His efforts have been recognized and rewarded by all levels such as: Certificate of Merit from the Provincial Youth Union for outstanding achievements in union work and youth movements for the 2017-2022 term; Certificate of Merit from the Provincial Youth Union in the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign; Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union for outstanding achievements in union work and youth movements for the 2019-2024 term... Mr. Nguyen Minh Dien is a typical example of a generation of dynamic, creative union cadres who dare to think, dare to do, dedicate their strength and intelligence, contributing to the development of their homeland.
