Trade union training conference

On October 15, the Son La Provincial Federation of Labor organized a training conference on preparations for the Congress of grassroots trade unions for the 2025-2030 term and trade union finance work for nearly 200 delegates who are presidents, vice presidents, and officials of grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor.

The conference conveyed the contents of: Organizing the Trade Union Congresses at all levels towards the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026-2031 and guiding the organization of grassroots Trade Union Congresses; Vietnam Trade Union Charter; guiding trade union financial work. At the same time, thoroughly grasping and implementing a number of important documents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the Provincial Labor Federation; discussing and answering questions, difficulties, and issues arising in trade union activities.

The training content aims to guide the successful organization of Trade Union Congresses at all levels towards the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026-2031 and to improve the qualifications, skills and expertise of trade union work, build a team of professional and effective trade union officials at all levels, gradually meeting the requirements and tasks of the workers', civil servants', laborers' and trade union activities in the new situation.
