TPO - On the morning of March 14, thousands of Da Nang youth union members attended the "50 years - Pride of the heroic city's youth" camp in 2025 organized by the Da Nang City Youth Union.

On the morning of March 14, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Youth Union organized the "50 years - Pride of the heroic city's youth" camp in 2025, to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang City Party Committee, the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Da Nang City and the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

This year's camp has the participation of 19 units divided into 8 camp clusters (Nguyen Van Thoai Camp Cluster, Phan Chu Trinh Camp Cluster, Le Van Hien Camp Cluster, Le Thi Danh Camp Cluster, Ong Ich Duong Camp Cluster, Nguyen Chon Camp Cluster, Thai Phien Camp Cluster, Nguyen Tri Phuong Camp Cluster) with more than 1,000 campers.

The camp took place for 3 days from March 14 to 16 with 15 competition contents including a competition to learn about the knowledge of 50 years of liberation of Da Nang city and the glorious 94-year tradition of the group; Big game march with the theme "following the footsteps of heroes"; Ensemble performance competition "Da Nang Youth on the move"; Youth talent competition; Semaphone Ensemble performance competition "Proud of the youth of the heroic city",...

Ngo Nhu Y (residing in Son Tra district) shared: "This year, the City Youth Union organized a large-scale camp, attracting a large number of youth union members from districts and schools in the area to participate. I feel very happy and excited to come here to learn skills and exchange with youth union members. This not only helps me but also helps young people gain more experience to contribute their youth to the country."

Many young people from districts and schools in Da Nang city were excited and enthusiastic to participate in the camp.

Mr. Le Cong Hung - Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union said: This is an opportunity to review the glorious tradition of the Youth Union over 94 years of growth and development, the heroic tradition of the Party Committee and people of the city, arouse pride, promote the role and responsibility of the city's youth in the construction and development of the city.

"Hopefully this camp will create a healthy and useful playground for union members and young people to exchange and meet to strengthen solidarity between affiliated units. It is also an opportunity for union and association officials and youth leaders across the city to exchange and practice professional skills in union work and youth movements," said Mr. Hung.
