Strategic location, synchronous infrastructure

FECON IP Hiep Hoa owns a strategic connection location, only 50 km from the center of Hanoi , 30 km from Noi Bai airport, adjacent to three major highways: Hanoi - Thai Nguyen, Hanoi - Lang Son and Noi Bai - Ha Long. Thanks to that, the project has the ability to connect directly with major production centers such as Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong and Lang Son, suitable for the need to develop global supply chains.

With a scale of 75 hectares, the project is planned synchronously with a construction density of 70%, the remaining area of nearly 100,000 m2 is for trees and water surface, creating a green and healthy working environment. The entire technical infrastructure is invested systematically from the beginning, including: clean water supply system, AO - chemical and physical wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 3,050 m3/day and night, 22 kV medium voltage grid (27 MVA), modern telecommunications, standard fire protection system and 24/7 security. The management area integrates office space, expert accommodation area, and service facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, banks, clinics, etc.

Comprehensive business support, towards high-tech industry

FECON IP Hiep Hoa provides a full lifecycle support package for investors, from legal and environmental consulting, investment and business registration, to recruitment and factory operation support.

In particular, the project applies investment incentive policies as prescribed in Decree No. 218/2013/ND-CP and the Law on Corporate Income Tax. Accordingly, FECON IP Hiep Hoa is located in an area with difficult socio -economic conditions, on the list of corporate income tax incentives. Specifically, enterprises investing here will be exempted from corporate income tax for the first 2 years from the time of taxable income, and a 50% reduction in the tax payable in the next 4 years for the income arising from new investment projects.

In addition, investors also enjoy incentives on land lease (exemption from rent for a period of 7 years depending on the field and industry) and exemption from import tax on machinery, equipment, and materials that cannot be produced domestically as well as raw materials for export production, according to current regulations of investment and tax laws.

FECON IP Hiep Hoa prioritizes attracting high value-added and environmentally friendly industries such as electricity - electronics, precision mechanics, pharmaceuticals, food, supporting and high-tech auxiliary industries. With its location adjacent to large corporations such as Samsung, Foxconn, Goertek, Luxshare... the project is expected to contribute to completing the supply chain in the field of electronic components, semiconductors and high-tech equipment in the North.
